Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Below please find the top questions that we receive each day. Review these but also feel free to Contact Us.
Question: How many endowment funds are inclued within the Endowment Directory?
Answer: There are 924 listings of unique endowment funds within our resource.
Question: Where are the funds of funds geographically located within your database located?
Answer: Approximately 78% of the endowment funds are US-based, 20% are based in Europe and the rest are based in other countries around the world.
Question: Does the database come in an Excel format? Could I view a sample of it?
Answer: The Endowment Directory is offered in Excel form and there is an example on our website here.
Question: How do your database packages work? How can I learn more about obtaining the package of databases including the family office, wealth management, endowment, and institutional consulting firm databases?
Answer: We have created a thorough PDF which walks through what is included within each of the databases included within our packages. You may view these details now by clicking here.
Question: Does your firm provide a refund if we can't raise assets through using this database of contacts?
Answer: No, while the data included in this database is publicly available our team spent hundreds of hours compiling, sorting and organizing it so that it may be easily used within almost any CRM system or as a standalone capital raising or career management tool. Once the database has been purchased and delivered the full value has been realized and we cannot provide a refund once the transaction has been completed, unless you find a few entries which are in error.
Question: Why does your firm only release 100 copies of each version of the Endowment Directory? Isn't that bad for business?
Answer: Yes, it is bad for business over the short term, but we see it as a necessary evil in order for us to offer a valuable exclusive resource over the long-haul. By slowly releasing this resource to only 100 firms with each version we release the data becomes more valuable to our clients.
